Action Alert-November 3, 2009 Dear Friend, If you haven’t done so already, please send a letter to Attorney General Holder, asking him to enforce federal obscenity laws; and if you are in a position to do so, please ask others to do likewise. Public pressure may not work, but if the new Attorney General continues to hear from citizens who are concerned about the explosion of hardcore adult pornography on the Internet and elsewhere, he will understand that there could be a political price to pay for following in Janet Reno’s do-nothing footsteps when it comes to enforcement of federal obscenity laws.
