What is “America’s Revival”?
"America's Revival" is a grassroots movement that transcends parties, labels, denominations, and candidates, and focuses instead on the commonly-held traditions that define America — beginning with the need to acknowledge the authority of God in all areas of American life, including the political arena.
This nationwide movement, which no one "started" or rightfully "controls," has been building for most of the past century in response to destructive trends that would supplant our nation's founding ideals with godless, enslaving notions and policies that contradict the vision of our Founders, as laid out in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.
In short, America's Revival is a
naturally-occurring phenomenon that unites patriotic Americans in preserving our republic upon its founding heritage — a phenomenon that can certainly be fueled and encouraged by dedicated grassroots activists, but which no one person, party, or organization can claim credit for.
At
AmericasRevival.com, our sole interest is to do our part to advance this noble, unifying cause and thereby assist in reclaiming our nation — through effectively educating the electorate, monitoring public policy, and challenging those influences that threaten all we hold dear.
Please
join us — and please contribute, "in time and treasure," to our common cause.
We need capable activists, dedicated organizers, selfless coalition-builders, and generous donors. God bless you as you accept the challenge to make a difference in expanding and strengthening America's Revival.
What is the connection between AmericasRevival.com and the presidential candidacy of Alan Keyes?
Alan Keyes — America's foremost spokesperson for moral conservatism and the cause of America's Revival — has been running for president this election season since September 14, 2007. He did so at first as a Republican — until the GOP leadership made it clear they had no interest in allowing him to participate this election cycle. They even refused to count his votes in the crucial Iowa caucuses in January, and kept him out of most major debates.
Alan has since broken with the GOP and is in the process of mounting a run as an independent.
As the official website of Alan's principal campaign committee during his Republican candidacy this cycle,
AmericasRevival.com supports Alan's decision to give voters in the fall the chance to either write in his name, or vote for him on those ballots where his name may appear. (For the latter to occur, supporters will need to get him on individual state ballots by meeting
petition requirements. To see a list of those requirements, go to
Ballot-Access.org. Additional information on how to undertake and coordinate state ballot petition drives can be found at AmericasRevival.com's
Discussion Board under "Ballot Access.")
In support of Alan Keyes,
AmericasRevival.com is currently focusing the website on providing a wealth of information about his positions, background, and available archives — for those who would like to learn more about him, and also have accurate information they can share with others.
In harmony with its broader mission, the website seeks to expand its focus to include the praiseworthy work of other likeminded organizations and individuals in the cause of preserving our nation and building unity within the moral conservative movement.
AmericasRevival.com has no official affiliation with any existing or contemplated political party.
